We set out to bottle the essence of Cornwall — not just its flavour, but its feeling. The salt air, the crashing waves, the silence of low tide. Seaweed felt like the natural key. Not only is it steeped in local tradition, but through deep research and experimentation, we found it does something remarkable to vodka: it softens it. Removes the harshness. Adds depth.
After hundreds of hours of ultrasonic testing, infusing, filtering, and tasting, we landed on our signature blend — a spirit that’s clean, crisp, and smoother than anything we’d tried before. Kelp Vodka was born.
